Spatula
- 250 grams Pasta
- 200 grams Mushrooms Take the type you like most!
- 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying the mushrooms
- 1/4 liter Cream Can be from milk, oats or any other alternative
- Salt and pepper Add to taste
- 50 grams Dried ham (optional)
Boil your water and add pasta according to the instructions on the package. I usually use pasta screws that need to cook for 12 minutes or fresh pasta that needs 4 minutes.
Wash the dirt off your mushrooms and cut the bottom of the stems off. Slice the mushrooms in thin slices, about 3-5mm thick. They will shrink when cooked.
Fry the mushrooms on a hot pan with olive oil. The water in the mushrooms will start to run out and evaporate. When the mushrooms have fried enough and maybe with a bit of color, you can add the cream and turn the temperature to medium heat. Wait for the cream to boil and turn the stove down to a low temperature. Add salt and pepper to taste.
When the water has finished boiling, drain the water out and add the pasta to the sauce.
Separate into two bowl and enjoy!
(Optional) Cut the dried ham into slices and add on top with some basil leaves.
